Key competences and responsibilities: ensures the quality and integrity of the journal’s content, supervises the peer-review process, makes final decisions on manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection, manages the editorial board & cooperates with Scientific Board members, maintains the ethical standards and professional quality of the journal.

Key competences and responsibilities: make the initial evaluation of the content and language of submitted manuscripts, ensure that manuscripts meet academic and methodological standards in their subject area, identify potential ethical issues (e.g., plagiarism, data fabrication) and consult with the editor-in-chief when needed, select appropriate reviewers based on their knowledge of the subject and availability, monitor reviewer feedback and ensuring the review process is thorough and unbiased.

Key competences and responsibilities: checks the language correctness of the texts submitted for printing, ensure the text is logically organized and free of ambiguity, ensure consistency in terminology, abbreviations, and formatting throughout the manuscript, conducting a final review of the text to ensure no linguistic errors remain before publication.
